Demeter Machinery has successfully finished the install of a A-type 4-Tier layer battery cage system for commercial poultry farm in Douala Cameroon.
Customer already operated a farm with deep litter system for over 8 years. The problem they had is the high mortality rate and human labor. In the meantime, they also concerns about the manure problem. After discussed with customer and our engineer, we offer the cage system with feeding trolley and manure removal system. So that the whole farm only require 2 workers for daily management and the manure removal system can be done automatically.
After the bird loaded, customer report that they no longer have mortality like before and in the meantime, they can collect the manure and sell to the market.
