Project Background

This is one of the commercial layer farms in Lagos Nigeria. The customer wants to start the layer farm with automatic layer chicken cage system. Due to the temperature and humidity in Lagos is high, we offer automatic system with ventilation.

Customer Requirement

This is a project located in Lagos Nigeria, this is the first project for this customer. Since the farm has a fully experienced manager, they decide to start with a 20,000pcs layer bird.

Project Solution

After discussing with the customer and understand his requirement for the farm, finally, he chooses the auto system with auto feeding, auto manure removing, auto ventilation system. For a whole shed, it requires 3-4 human labor for management. The egg collection part is made by human labor.

Equipment Details

It is an A-type layer chicken cage solution, each shed is 15,000pcs layer birds, 3 rows per shed. Auto feeding system, auto drinking system, auto manure removal system and ventilation system. They only need 2 workers for egg collection. The solution can meet customer requirements of reducing human labor.

Advantage Of The Solution

The main advantage is that the cage is that the automatic system can reduce human labor for the project, increase project profit. Auto ventilation system can also reduce mortality.
