As one of the traditional poultry farming city and most famous chicken farm city in Nigeria, customer need to extend their poultry farm with cage system in order to reduce the land cost and reduce human labor.
Customer Requirement
Before contact with Demeter Chicken Cage, they already have a farm with 10,000pcs layer birds. The farm adopt local cage system, they need a better quality product to advance the farm technology.
Project Solution
Layer chicken cage system has become the popular farm solution to Nigeria market, more and more farm owner choose to use battery cage system to increase the project profit. However, with the increasing of the petrol price, we decide to offer semi-auto system in order to reduce electricity requirement.
Equipment Details
It is an A-type layer chicken cage solution, each shed is 10,000pcs layer birds, 3 rows per shed. Total 2 sheds for 20,000pcs birds. Feeding trolley system, auto drinking system, auto manure removal system. They only need 2 workers for egg collection. The solution can meet customer requirements of reducing human labor.
