Project Background

This is a project located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Since the temperature in their country can go to 40 Celsius and minus 25 Celsius, therefore they have to use closed-type chicken shed to control the temperature.

Customer Requirement

The customer is a fresh farmer, this is first of his layer farm. They want to start from 25,000pcs layer birds. Their budget is tight, therefore we offer A type chicken cage solution with automatic system.

Project Solution

After discussing with our engineer team, we understand that the shed must be closed type due to the temperature, therefore a belt manure removal system will be better to the farm.

Equipment Details

It is an A-type layer chicken cage solution, each shed is 25,000pcs layer birds, 4 rows per shed. Auto feeding system, auto drinking system, auto belt manure removal system. They only need 2 workers for egg collection. The solution can meet customer requirements of reducing human labor.

Advantage Of The Solution

The main advantage is that the cage is that the manure can be delivered outside the shed completely, reduce ammonia caused by manure, hence reduce hazard to the bird. The automatic system allow customer start the project with less human labor, better for expand.
