Project Background

This is a poultry farm located in Henan China, with a 12 years poultry farming experience in commercial egg supply. The farm is 80KM away from our factory, the owner come to visit our factory after the solution confirmed.

Customer Requirement

This is a farm with over 12 years history, they already have 80,000pcs layer bird for commercial eggs in 4 different sheds. Due to the increasing of human labor resource price, they want to add a new shed with less human labor in order to reduce investment.

Project Solution

After understanding the requirement and customer background, we noticed that the previous chicken house had a relatively low degree of automation and increased labor demand caused costs to rise. Therefore, we proposed to use a H-Type 5 Tier layer cage with a higher degree of automation. A manager is needed, and the program is approved by the customer.Only need 1 manager for each shed, customer approval the equipment solution.

Equipment Details

It is H-Type layer chicken cage, 5 tiers in order to meet the demand of 60,000pcs per shed.
Including chicken cage, auto drinking system, auto feeding system, auto manure removal system, auto egg collection system, auto lighting system, auto ventilation system and auto control system.

The main advantage is that the cage was designed and installed according to the requirement of customer.
